นโยบายนี้ครอบคลุมทั้งเว็บไซต์ SOULUNA และแอป SOULUNA บน iOS ทั้งสองส่วนเก็บข้อมูลไม่เท่ากัน จึงแยกอธิบายไว้คนละหัวข้อ หัวข้อที่ 1 คือแอปบน iOS ส่วนหัวข้อที่ 2 เป็นต้นไปคือเว็บไซต์
แอปบน iOS ไม่มีระบบสมัครบัญชี ไม่มีการซิงก์ขึ้นคลาวด์ และไม่มีเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์การใช้งานหรือโฆษณาของบุคคลที่สาม วันเกิด เวลาเกิด สถานที่เกิด ชื่อเล่น เพศ ดวงที่คำนวณไว้ และคำตอบที่คุณเขียนไว้ในแบบฝึกหัดของ ดูแลใจ ทั้งหมดนี้เก็บอยู่ในเครื่องของคุณเท่านั้น

This policy covers both the SOULUNA website and the SOULUNA iOS app. They collect different things, so they are described separately. The first section is the iOS app; everything after it is the website.
The iOS app has no accounts, no cloud sync, and no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. Your birth date, birth time, birthplace, nickname, gender, computed chart, and anything you write into the ดูแลใจ exercises stay on your device.
Data leaves the device in exactly one case: when you consent to cloud Ask Luna. Your question, a basic chart summary (nickname, zodiac animal, element, sun sign, life-path number), and a random device identifier the app generates for rate limiting are processed by Cloudflare and Anthropic to produce the reply. Consent is requested before the first cloud question and can be withdrawn at any time. Decline it and nothing leaves the device: Ask Luna still answers, from the chart computed on the phone.
Purchases are handled entirely by the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details.
Processors for the iOS app: Apple (purchases) and Cloudflare with Anthropic (Luna replies, for consenting users) only. The iOS app does not use Supabase and does not use RevenueCat.
Deleting everything, in-app: the เพิ่มเติม (More) tab, then โปรไฟล์และการตั้งค่า (Profile and settings), then ลบข้อมูลทั้งหมดของฉัน (Delete all my data). That includes the text you wrote into the exercises, and it discards the random device identifier that is the only link between your device and any server-side Luna record. There is no account to delete, because there are no accounts. Deleting data does not cancel a Plus subscription, which is tied to your Apple ID: manage that in Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions.
On your device: birth date, birth time (optional), birthplace, nickname, and gender (optional) — used only to compute and display your readings; kept until you clear data or delete the app.
On our servers (Supabase), only if you create an account: your email, password (hashed by Supabase), and your synced astrology profile including saved friends/partners — kept until you delete your account.
Processed in the cloud (Cloudflare + Anthropic), only if you consent: questions you ask Luna AI together with a basic reading summary (nickname, zodiac animal, element, sun sign, life-path number) — used to generate the reply, never for advertising. The app asks for consent before the first cloud question, and a fully on-device mode is always available.
Purchases: handled by Apple and RevenueCat; we never see your payment details.
Delete local data in-app (Menu → My Data), or delete your account and all server-side data permanently in-app (Menu → SOULUNA Account → Delete account). Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription — manage that in Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions. Withdraw AI consent anytime by switching to on-device mode. Data requests: souluna.app@gmail.com (response within 3–5 business days).
Apple (purchases), RevenueCat (subscription entitlements), Supabase (accounts & sync), Cloudflare + Anthropic (AI replies), Google Fonts (font delivery). We do not sell data, show ads, or run identity-linked analytics.
All readings combine astrological computation with editorial interpretation by SOULUNA, provided for self-discovery and entertainment. They are not guaranteed predictions, nor medical, financial, or legal advice.
