SOULUNA — Privacy Policy (English)

What we use and where it lives

On your device: birth date, birth time (optional), birthplace, nickname, and gender (optional) — used only to compute and display your readings; kept until you clear data or delete the app.

On our servers (Supabase), only if you create an account: your email, password (hashed by Supabase), and your synced astrology profile including saved friends/partners — kept until you delete your account.

Processed in the cloud (Cloudflare + Anthropic), only if you consent: questions you ask Luna AI together with a basic reading summary (nickname, zodiac animal, element, sun sign, life-path number) — used to generate the reply, never for advertising. The app asks for consent before the first cloud question, and a fully on-device mode is always available.

Purchases: handled by Apple and RevenueCat; we never see your payment details.

Your rights & deletion

Delete local data in-app (Menu → My Data), or delete your account and all server-side data permanently in-app (Menu → SOULUNA Account → Delete account). Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription — manage that in Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions. Withdraw AI consent anytime by switching to on-device mode. Data requests: varanya.ta@gmail.com (response within 3–5 business days).

Third-party processors

Apple (purchases), RevenueCat (subscription entitlements), Supabase (accounts & sync), Cloudflare + Anthropic (AI replies), Google Fonts (font delivery). We do not sell data, show ads, or run identity-linked analytics.

All readings combine astrological computation with editorial interpretation by SOULUNA, provided for self-discovery and entertainment. They are not guaranteed predictions, nor medical, financial, or legal advice.
